The invention relates to a pair of glasses with a frame, with two laterally attached to the frame temples, with two lenses that engage in receiving grooves of the frame, and each with a releasable holding device for the lenses in the grooves.
For inserting spectacle lenses in the provided therein grooves of the frame of a pair of glasses, the open frame on closing jaws are closed around the edge of the lenses or elastically deformed the frame so that the lenses can engage in the grooves, with considerable tension in the lenses are unavoidable. In order to avoid these stresses and to enable a simple replacement of the lenses, which is particularly required in sports glasses, it is already known (WO 2010/003143 A1) to divide the frame for each lens articulated, so that the lens in swung-frame part in the Receiving groove can be used before the frame is closed by the two frame parts are connected together using a closing hook. Another possibility for interchangeable insertion of the lenses is to form the front wall of the grooves as a separate, annular component that releases the eyeglass lens with clearance comprehensive mounting recess after its removal. The lens therefore only needs to be inserted into this mounting recess to that to hold the lens in place by inserting the annular front groove wall. The annular groove wall can engage snap-like manner in the mounting recess or be hinged to the frame, for example via a film hinge, so that after closing the annular groove wall this is only to be held in the closed position via a closure. A disadvantage of all these embodiments, however, is the comparatively high design complexity. In addition, the safety of the holder of the lenses used suffers from the fact that either the frame must be split or a separate groove wall must be used.
The invention is therefore based on the object, a pair of glasses in such a way that a simple replacement of the lenses can be guarantied without compromising the security of the holder of the lenses.
Starting from a pair of glasses of the type described above, the invention achieves the stated object in that the receiving grooves are interrupted in the region of the stirrup attachment and that the holding device has a sliding bolt mounted on the outside of the frame and displaceable transversely to the edge of the spectacle lenses in the region of the interruption of the receiving groove.
The interruption of the receiving groove in the region of the Bügefansatzes creates simple conditions to use the respective lens in the remaining receiving groove can. Therefore, it only requires the determination of the lens in the receiving groove, which is achieved by the sliding bolt. This transverse to the glass edge sliding bolt overlaps the lens on the outside, which thus can not be released from the receiving groove. To change the lenses of the sliding bolt is to move from its locked position into a glass edge releasing open position in which the lens can be removed from the slide bar unhindered from the receiving groove of the frame.
The frame with the grooves for the two lenses need not form a circumferentially closed version for the lenses. For example, the bottom of the frame could be omitted. In order to ensure a secure fit in the receiving grooves in such a Teilumfassung of the lenses through the frame for the lenses, the frame on the opposite side of the thrust bolt can support a support for the lens with at least one engaging in a recess of the spectacle lens -3-
Have latching approach. By engaging in such recesses of the lenses locking lugs displacement of the lens along the edge of the glass is prevented. The sliding lock locks the possibility of displacement transversely to the lenses, so that the lenses are securely held in the grooves despite only a partial enclosure by the frame.
If a closed socket is provided for the spectacle lenses by an annular frame, the interruption of the receiving grooves must be chosen so that the spectacle lenses can be easily inserted from the side of the interruption into the receiving grooves. If the depth of the receiving grooves determined by the height of the front groove wall decreases against the interruption, the insertion of the spectacle lenses into the frame-side receiving grooves is facilitated on the one hand and the constructional condition is created on the one hand to limit the interruption of the receiving grooves to a comparatively small peripheral region of the spectacle lenses ,
So that the lenses can not unintentionally escape from the receiving grooves, a securing of the locking position is to be provided for the sliding bolt, in particular in the position of use of the glasses. For this purpose, the eyeglass temple hinged to the frame in its extended position can form a safety stop for the sliding bolt located in the locking position. By this measure particularly simple design conditions are made possible because separate backups account for the locking position of the sliding bolt. When swinging the temples in the extended position of use, the securing stop formed by the temples is automatically pivoted in front of the located in the locking position push bolt so that an open of the push bar in the extended position of the temples is excluded. However, this also means that a change of the lenses is only possible with pivoted eyeglass temples. Of course, the locking position and the open position of the sliding bolt can also be predetermined, for example, by means of detents, which additionally facilitate handling due to the structural definition of these positions of the sliding bolt. -4-
In the drawing, the subject invention is shown, for example. Show it
1 shows a pair of spectacles according to the invention in section in the region of a spectacle lens in a simplified front view,
2 these glasses in a side view,
3 shows a section along the line III-III of FIG. 2,
4 a of FIG. 3 corresponding representation of the glasses, but with partially pivoted eyeglass temple,
Fig. 5 shows a construction variant of a spectacle according to the invention in sections in the region of a spectacle lens in a front view and Fig. 6. The spectacles according to Fig. 5 in a partially torn side view.
The glasses according to FIGS. 1 to 4 has a frame 1, which encloses the lenses 2, which are preferably made of plastic, only partially, so that the lower edge of the glass remains free. The frame 1 forms for receiving the lenses 2 grooves 3, which are interrupted in the region of the bracket extension 4. The eyeglass temple 5 are articulated via a spectacle hinge 6 in a conventional manner on the frame 1.
In the region of the interruption 7 of the grooves 3, a sliding bolt 8 is mounted transversely to the glass edge 9 on the outside of the frame 1 slidably. The sliding guide is designated 10. In the locking position of the sliding bolt 8 shown in more detail in FIG. 3, the sliding bolt 8 engages over the spectacle lens 2 on the outside and holds the spectacle lens 2 against a supporting stop 11 of the frame 1 lying opposite the sliding bolt 8. This support stop 11 has two latching projections 12 which engage in corresponding recesses of the spectacle lens 2 and therefore hold the spectacle lens 2 against displacement along the edge of the glass 9. With the attack of the sliding bolt 8 lifting of the lens 2 is prevented by the locking lugs 12 and therefore held the lens 2 in the receiving groove 3 of the frame 1 safely. -5-
The locking position, but also the open position of the sliding bolt 8 can be specified by the handling of the sliding bolt 8 facilitating catches. To secure the locking position of the sliding bolt 8, the associated temple 5 may additionally have a safety stop 13, which according to FIG. 3 in the extended position of the temple piece 5, ie in its position of use, before the sliding bolt 8 sets and prevents the sliding bolt 8 from the locking position according to FIG. 3 is moved to an open position according to FIG. 4. To release the sliding bolt 8, therefore, the eyeglass temple 5 is to be pivoted in, as can be seen from FIG. 4. The pivoted eyeglass temple 5 releases the sliding bolt 8, which can thus be displaced into the open stiffener, in which the spectacle lens 2 can be lifted off the latching projections 12 and removed from the receiving groove 3 of the frame 1. To insert a spectacle lens 2, the spectacle lens 2 is inserted into the receiving groove 3 of the frame 1 in the reverse order and thus pressed against the support stop 11 of the frame 1, that the locking projections 12 engage in the recesses of the spectacle lens 2. Thereafter, to complete the replacement of the lens 2 of the thrust bolt 8 are moved to the locking position.
In contrast to the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 4, the frame 1 of the spectacles according to the construction variant according to FIGS. 5 and 6 shows a circumferentially closed version for the spectacle lenses 2. The grooves 3 for the spectacle lenses thus run with the exception of the interruption 7 in FIG Area of the stirrup lug 4 to the frame formed by the frame 1 around. In the area of the interruption 7, a sliding bolt 8 is mounted on the outside of the frame 1 analogous to the embodiment of Figs. 1 and 4 and can along the guide 10 transversely to the glass edge 9 between the glass edge 9 cross Vemegelungsstel-treatment and pushed away from the glass edge 9 Open position. The sliding bolt 8 opposite turn is provided on the inside of the frame 1, a support stop 11 for the glass edge 9 to which the lens 2 is held by the sliding bolt 8 fitting. Since the frame 1 also comprises the spectacle lens 2 on the underside, there is no need for any latching projections engaging in recesses of the spectacle lens 2 in the region of the supporting stop 11.
Securing the sliding bolt 8 in the locking position is carried out according to FIG. 6 by a securing stop 13 of the eyeglass temple 5 according to FIGS. 3 and 4.
In order to facilitate the insertion of the lens 2 in the receiving groove 3 of the frame 1, runs through the height of the front groove wall certain depth of the grooves 3 against the interruption 7 out to zero, so that the insertion of the lens 2 in the grooves 3 from the area the interruption 7 makes her no trouble.
The replacement of the lenses 2 takes place in accordance with the eyeglass construction according to FIGS. 1 to 4, in which the push bar 4 is displaced into the open position with the eyeglass temple 5 pivoted in order to remove the eyeglass lens 2 from the circumferential groove 3. After inserting a new lens 2 in the circumferential groove 3 of the frame 1 of the sliding bolt 8 is moved to the locking position and thereby held the lens 2 in the receiving groove 3.
